The Jam Rock Band Tribute consists of :-Jangly Rickenbacker tone with the angry vocal – well at his maturing age more slightly miffed – so typical of the bands early sound.
The founding member of the group that he put together in the summer of 2014, also the driver of “the tour bus” and he makes a mean cuppa at rehearsals!
Mick has decades of experience under his belt playing hundreds of gigs the length and breadth of the United Kingdom and abroad… his love for all things mod is well acknowledged from his vast collection of scooters, his impeccable style of dress and of course his love of things mod.
Ian Dean – Rick Buckler
Drumming since the age 0f 13, having told a “white lie” to get into his first band – “I can play the drums!” he announced confidently to his school mates who were forming a band. – actually he’d only ever played the snare drum!
Ian went on to play in various different bands all over the U.K, and as a recording session musician – playing on a couple of U.K hits!
Influenced by the ’60s/mod music since the early ’80s, Ian, however, admits the Jam completely passed him by at the time! Until discovering them in the mid-’90s.
Official artist/endorser of No Nuts Cymbal Sleeve
“More than just a jeans and T-shirt tribute band, The Jam Project is a powerful reminder of the music from the best f#@king band in the world”

Brian Sullivan – “Bruce Foxton”
Brian discovered The Jam in 1983 with the release of the Snap LP – It was the greatest thing he’d ever heard.
He did his first gig in 1985 at the tender age of 14 and has been gigging regularly ever since, from originals bands – that failed to make it! Through general covers bands, a 60s Tribute Band and a Mod/Britpop band, until joining The Jam Project in September 2019.
His wife bought him his Rickenbacker Bass as a wedding present in 2004 – It must’ve been love…!
