Initially gaining prominence as a member of the highly acclaimed Beatles tribute band, The Blue Meanies, Jimmy has graced prestigious stages and collaborated with esteemed artists throughout his journey.

A defining moment in his career came on February 25th, 2002, when he had the honour of sharing the stage with Sir Paul McCartney at The Liverpool Empire Theatre for the commemoration of the late George Harrison’s Birthday Celebrations.

From 2012 to 2020, Jimmy became an integral part of the entertainment lineup at the iconic Cavern Club, captivating audiences with his exceptional talent. Notably, in 2013, he temporarily departed from the Cavern to showcase his skills on Broadway, New York, as a cast member of the acclaimed Beatles musical “Let it Be” at the prestigious St James Theatre.

Further solidifying his reputation, Jimmy was invited to perform at Liam Gallagher’s exclusive after-show party in Hamburg during the same year, a testament to his widespread acclaim.

Yet, perhaps the pinnacle of his career thus far was his portrayal of John Lennon in “The Sessions at Abbey Road,” a groundbreaking production that premiered at London’s esteemed Royal Albert Hall. This stellar performance subsequently propelled him to arenas across the UK and Ireland, solidifying his status as a preeminent figure in the music industry.

In addition to his remarkable achievements, Jimmy graced the prime-time spotlight in 2017 with a captivating appearance on BBC 1’s Saturday Night, hosted by the esteemed Paddy McGuinness. His exceptional talent and magnetic presence propelled him to the finals of this prestigious competition, further cementing his reputation as a distinguished musician of unparalleled caliber.
