Firedance are a North West, UK based party and wedding covers band formed by experienced musicians in early 2012 covering Flintshire, Cheshire, Wrexham, Chester, North Wales and beyond. Over the years they have built up a fantastic reputation for being a fun and exciting function band with every performance packed full of energy and enthusiasm as well as some of the best, most anthemic rock, pop and party hits from the last 4 decades.

Firedance pride themselves on performing incredible  hits from the 60’s to the present day. The band are happy for you to make some suggestions as to what you definitely don’t want to hear on the night and will endeavour to learn any requests.

Firedance emphasis is on quality and authenticity. They love what they do, and it comes through in their performances. There aim is to make sure that you get the best band money can buy. A band you can be proud of hiring for your special day – They are not a cheesy cabaret act, they try and recreate every song we play with the passion that was poured into it in the first place – every time we play.

Firedance Band recently played at our wedding and were absolutely amazing, from the first day of speaking with Derek it was a pleasure, you were very helpful and any questions that we had you were happy to help. On the day, you managed to set up and sound test without any disturbance to the wedding and the sets you played were fabulous. You really helped complete our special day and we can’t thank you enough. Once again thank you.

Just amazing. We booked Firedance for our wedding and we were not disappointed. They engaged with the crowd, the dance floor was never empty and they even had a few guest singing on stage with them. And our first dance song which they sang was just truly amazing. They played all the music that we asked for. All our guests commented on how amazing the band were. A big thank you to you all, would highly recommend you to anyone. From the moment we booked you till our last song you were fantastic.

We can’t thank you enough for playing at both our 40th birthday parties. You really made our night. Our guests enjoyed it so much. You are so accommodating and you can tell you love doing what you do as much as we all enjoy partying. Bit gutted we don’t have any more big birthdays coming up so we will just have to see you at the Church in Chester. Thank you for making our parties complete.
